Required information for a proper removal request
Please include all items below. Missing information may delay our response.
- Your full legal name, company name if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. Include title, author, registration number if available, and any identifying details.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material located on wellcend.com. Provide the exact URL or URLs where the material appears. If multiple pages are involved, list each URL.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

How to submit your request
The email method is preferred for speed and record-keeping. Attachments are accepted if they are relevant. Include clear contact information so we can follow up.

What we do after receiving a request
- Acknowledge receipt: We will confirm by email when we receive your request.
- Review for completeness: If information is missing, we will contact you for clarification.
- Action: If the request is valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified content.
- Notify poster: We will notify the user or content provider whose material was removed.
- Record keeping: We retain records of notices and actions in accordance with law and internal policy.

Timelines and processing
- Acknowledgement: within 2 business days of receipt of complete requests.
- Initial review and action: typically within 7 business days after receipt of a valid notice. Complex or unclear claims may take longer.
- If we determine a notice is fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to refuse processing and to take further action, including account termination for repeat abuse.
Counter-notices
If your content is removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, submit a DMCA counter-notice containing the following:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location on wellcend.com
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction as required by DMCA procedures
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat infringer policy
